Clair joined Ruddicks at the end of 2024 as a member of the administration team. 

In 2025, she began studying a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Accounting, at the University of Tasmania and has recently transitioned to the accounting team. 

Outside of work, Clair enjoys camping with friends and horse riding.
