Finnley commenced at Ruddicks in November 2019 and has since completed her Certificate III and IV in Business whilst working with the admin team. She has now taken more of a role within the office with helping maintain the IT software and hardware with Lyndal.

Finnley comes from a background in theatre, both off and on stage, and has partaken in many productions in the community. More recently she is a board member and public officer for IO Performance Inc and also assists the organisation in stage management and production management roles. 

Outside of work, Finnley spends her time at IO Performance or at home with her two cats.
